About the practice
Cottonwood Counselling Services is a mental health counselling practice run by me, Spencer Hammond. I offer one-on-one, individualized, and collaborative counselling for clients 18 years old and up.
My practice is named after the powerful black cottonwood tree, which are abundant along the streams and riverbanks in British Columbia. Like the cottonwood, I see people as resilient and capable of thriving despite existing in challenging environments.
