Direct Billing

How Does It Work?
-
Check Your Coverage: Before your first session, get in touch with your insurer to confirm they cover counselling with Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) or Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCCs). I hold both - so either one is good.
-
Share Your Insurance Details: When booking, let me know your insurance details. I handle all details with confidentiality.
-
I Handle the Billing: After your session, I bill your insurance provider directly. This way, you often won’t need to pay upfront.
-
Settle Any Remaining Amounts: Your insurance will process the payment as per your plan. If there’s any amount left, I'll let you know.

Not seeing yours listed?
Many insurance companies will cover services conducted by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Unfortunately if your provider is not listed above I cannot bill directly, so you would be required to pay the full service fee in advance, then I issue a receipt and you can apply to your provider for reimbursement. That said - please check with your provider ahead of time to make sure that RCCs or CCCs are covered.
